What your community knows, available to your whole community.
Brookes learns how the experienced people in your community think and decide, with their consent and with credit, and brings that into the conversation where it is needed.
How it works
The best advice in a community is scattered across threads, calls and recordings. Brookes gathers it, keeps it attributed, and makes it findable.
Capture
Brookes picks up lasting principles and rules of thumb from your community's conversations and published content, each one tied to the person who said it and where it came from.
Approve
People stay in charge of their own words. Insights can wait for the person to approve them, be reviewed in a batch, or go live for people who have said that is fine.
Answer
When someone asks a question, Brookes answers from what the community has actually said, and credits the people behind it. If the community has not covered it, Brookes says so.
Consent first, always
Nobody is captured without consent. A person with no consent on record is never captured, and anyone can ask for what they said to be removed.
Told up front
People are told what Brookes captures when they join a channel or take part, in plain words.
Their words, their say
A person's own consent can only make your settings stricter, never looser.
Removal is real
Redacting an insight wipes the text. It does not just hide it. Every change is logged.
It feels the way your community wants
Every channel has its own settings, so one space can be a quiet reference library while another has Brookes taking part in the conversation. Your admins set it in a simple screen, with each choice explained.
When it listens
- Only when asked
- When a thread is done
- Continuously, in a space you choose
When it speaks
- Only when tagged
- When a thread winds down
- In real time
How involved
- Reference: points to insights
- Participant: builds on the conversation
- Challenger: offers a view
Yours, kept separate
Each customer owns its data. What is captured in one community stays there unless your admins choose to share it across your organisation. Brookes starts in Slack and is designed to work wherever your community talks.
Brookes is in early development
We are working with a small number of communities first. If yours would like to be one of them, we would love to hear from you.
